Outdoor Adventure Medicine Institute Booking and Cancellation Policies

For instructor led courses (Fully in person):

2/3 of the course price is due at the time of checkout
The remaining 1/3 will be due before the start date of the course


For Hybrid Courses (Half in Person, Half Online):

1/2 of the course price is due to access the online portion
1/4 is due to enroll in an in person session
1/4 is due before the in person session

For Fully online courses:
The full course price is due at checkout

Cancellations are not encouraged, as OAMI wants you to reach your training goals. If there is a
cancellation please follow these guidelines:
Cancellations within 30 days of the start date will receive 90% of their tuition back
Cancellations within 29-15 days of the start date will receive 75% of their tuition back
Cancellations within 8-14 days of the start date will receive 50% of their tuition back
Cancellations within 7 days of the start date will not receive any of their tuition back

If you absolutely cannot make a course and do not want to lose your tuition money, you can
transfer into a different class, however this is not advised
To transfer to another class, a transfer fee will be charged. The transfer fee will be 25% of the
full tuition fee
The student will not be able to enroll in the new class until the transfer fee is paid for
If the class fills up before the student pays the transfer fee, then they must find another class
